Registration Terms and Conditions. Online registration is the preferred method. If you are unable to register online, a hardcopy registration form is acceptable and is available here: Printable Registration Form (.pdf).  Print out, complete and return as noted on Page 1 of the registration form.  Forms should be received no later than April 3, 2009.

Cancellation.  In the event of cancellation and provided that written notice is received seven days prior to the event, a refund of 50%of the full fee for the cancelled event will be made. If no notice of cancellation is received, no refund can be made. Details of event changes or cancellations are available by phoning (+1) 865-298-1234.

Substitutions.  Name substitutions are accepted at any time upon e-mail, sent to the attention of Government 2.0 Boot Camp, call (+1) 865-298-1234 or email kholloway@iiaweb.com.

Participants with Special Needs.  It is the Organizers’ intent to offer fully accessible events to all the meeting attendees.  Please help us to accommodate any individual needs that you may have by attaching a note to the registration form.  We will contact you to discuss this in more detail, if necessary.

Data Protection.  Information provided by you on this form will be processed by the Organizers and not disclosed to any third parties.

Meeting Venue.  The Crowne Plaza Hotel is the selected workshop venue for the Government 2.0 Boot Camp and sleeping accommodations. The Crowne Plaza is located on Market Square, in downtown Knoxville. Please see the Government 2.0 Boot Camp web site for additional hotel and venue information.
